GetTheNod.ai (“we”, “us”) provides AI visibility scanning and tracking for local businesses and the agencies that serve them. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you run a free scan we collect the business details you enter (business name, website, city, vertical, competitors) and your email address, plus your IP address for abuse prevention. When agencies sign up for a paid plan we additionally collect account and billing information, processed by our payment provider (Stripe).

How we use it

We use your email solely to deliver your scan report and, if you opt in, related follow-up about the product. We do not sell personal data. Scan inputs are sent to third-party AI engines (OpenAI, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews via a data provider) to produce your results.

Data retention & deletion

Scan results are retained so shareable report links keep working. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@getthenod.ai.

Cookies & security

We use only the cookies required to operate the service (including Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection). We measure page traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. Data is encrypted in transit and stored with reputable cloud providers.
