Terms of service

By using GetTheNod.ai you agree to these terms. The free scan is provided as-is for evaluating your business's visibility in AI answers; paid plans are governed by the plan and pricing shown at checkout.

The service

We query third-party AI engines with buyer-intent prompts and report whether businesses are mentioned. AI answers change over time and vary by user; results are a point-in-time snapshot, not a guarantee of what any individual will see.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the free scan (automated or bulk submissions), scan businesses to harass them, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or bot protection. We may suspend access for abuse.

Subscriptions & trials

Paid plans bill monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Trials require a card and convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
